Finally got my own tower going and the noodle shop addition is way more charming than it has any right to be. The way you stack floors from the ground up makes every decision feel like you're actually building something, not just filling a grid.

I've been playing this for a few days, and the way you can add extras like the noodle shop or hamburger bar really makes each tower feel unique. The base-building mechanics are surprisingly deep for a Saturn game.

Finally, a sim that actually lets me build a tower from the foundation up instead of just managing floors. The noodle shop and hamburger bar add-ons are surprisingly fun to place mid-construction.
