The Patlabor-style robot designs really stand out, with that crisp anime aesthetic making every cutscene feel like a lost OVA. Controls are responsive enough for the Saturn, though the camera takes some getting used to during the exploration bits.

The music in this game is surprisingly catchy, really sets the mood for the cyberpunk world. The Patlabor-inspired mechs look fantastic in action and control smoothly.

The robot designs feel like they walked straight out of a Patlabor episode, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The soundtrack is solid too, though the difficulty curve spikes a bit harder than I’d like around the third stage.
